Meet Our Founder

Dr. Ishtar Govia is a globally recognised leader in brain health and dementia care. As a public health scientist and entrepreneur, she is committed to transforming brain health and dementia care in and for the Caribbean. As Founder & CEO of Amagi Health Ltd, she leads a mission to reduce preventable cognitive decline and create equitable health systems. Dr. Govia brings deep experience from consulting with WHO, global health organisations, and leading public-private partnerships focused on ageing, brain health, and community-based care solutions.
